Siemens India | Dy. Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As a Dy. Commercial Project Manager, you will support the project to drive profitable project execution, manage working capital of the project, control the project’s costs and manage risk, prepare project forecast, review the project at periodic intervals and present the project progress to management on time to time basis.

• Checking that the overall project's contractual structure has been correctly created in the respective commercial tools.
• Coordination of legal, fiscal and insurance subjects between the Siemens companies involved.
• Consolidation and analysis of project figures across all company boundaries and accounting units.
• Managing internal and external claims between all possible stakeholders.
• Reporting- Responsible for summarizing global reporting to the relevant Management level.
• Collaboration with the Project Manager in terms of the project's strategic orientation and its respective internal and external communication.
• Support the Project Manager to achieve the financial results according to set targets, managed with due professional care and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Preparation of invoices and follow-up of claims.
• Steers the project's supply chain incl. procurement, delivery and ECC.
• Calculation of Price Variations based on escalation formulae as per application indices and ensuring claim realization from customers and to vendors.
• Ensure the accuracy of project books and records and keeping our systems updated, e.
• Analysis and assessment of complex, where applicable international contract constellations.
• Drive Contract management throughout the project delivery phase including proactive opportunity and claim management strategies to maximize the project outcome.
• Ensure correct allocation and monitoring of costs.

Requirements

• You should have minimum experience of 3 - 5 years along with Bachelors/Post graduate degree (CA, MBA, CMA etc.) in Finance.
• Have good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders within/outside organization (domestic and international).
• A Project Manager certification along with working experience on SAP especially SD, FICO modules, would be an added advantage.
• Should have a growth mindset with an edge for learning and taking up new responsibilities.
