Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational activities, downloading status of invoices from customer portal, or system processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify exceptions, irregularities, or discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform and checks on processes and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard procedures.
- Coordinate with front Office and ensure assigned task is completed on time.
- Prepare and maintain monitoring reports, dashboards, and logs.
- Analyse trends and provide insights for process improvements.
- Support automation or system enhancements related to monitoring activities.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations monitoring, finance, and accounting.
