- The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader and front-end change agent with a proven track record in driving global process transformations, automation initiatives, and seamless transition management.

- Lead and handle transition projects—from business case preparation, shadow tracking, and process mapping to steady-state operational handover.
- Identify process redundancies and drive standardization across different geographies or entities.
- Handle, mentor, and coach a team of AP team leads and analysts, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance team culture.
- Drive team performance management, talent retention, resource planning, and capability building.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Experience: 10–15 years of dynamic experience in F&A / Shared Services / GBS, with at least 9-12 years in a managerial or team lead capacity over Accounts Payable.
- ERP & Tool Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in ERP environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) alongside workflow engines and ticketing suites (e.g., ServiceNow, SNOW, VIM, ReadSoft).
- Transformation Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading process transitions, process re-engineering (PDCA, Lean Six Sigma), and automation rollouts.
- Communication & Stakeholder Handling: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and handle high-pressure customer situations effortlessly.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
