Responsibilities

• Supports Markets CFO on all revenue, balance sheet and cost parameters.
• Participation in product reviews with Markets Product CFO & CI with Head of CIB product control.
• Partnering with GFS to build appropriate tech, data and analytics capability around CIB, resulting in standardization and automation.
• Develop talent and capability through coaching and career conversations that build critical skills, stretch potential and prepare individuals for future opportunities.
• Be the principal FP&A lead for Markets Sales business globally, as well as catering to local country requirements
• Set direction and drive high performance by translating strategy into clear direction, aligning individual goals to team outcomes and providing regular, constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA with FP&A and/or Controllership background with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience (post qualification), most of which is ideal in a financial services industry.
