Key responsibilities

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Executive to join our Finance team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• As an Accounting Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's assets and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of the company's assets, including fixed assets, investments, and inventory.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records.
• Monitor and track asset depreciation and prepare reports for management.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper tracking and recording of asset transactions.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for asset management to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements related to asset management.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting or asset management, preferably in retail or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and fixed asset modules.
• A good team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
