What you will do

• As a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, it's our responsibility to put the planet first.
• This role is intended to provide foundational exposure to internal controls, risk awareness, documentation practices, and professional communication while supporting the team in day-to-day activities.
• You will work alongside experienced team members and learn how assurance and advisory assignments are planned and performed.
• Support assurance and advisory assignments under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in audit execution activities such as process walkthroughs, documentation review, control testing, and basic analysis of findings.
• Participate in process understanding discussions and walkthroughs with guidance from senior team members.
• Develop working knowledge of accounting, audit, compliance, and risk management concepts.
• Support data gathering, validation, and basic analytics using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Contribute to special projects, administrative support tasks, and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Education: CA intermediate (both groups) cleared

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of completed articleship.
• Strong interest in audit, accounting, internal controls, compliance, and business processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
