What you will do

• We are looking for FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities.
• This role will support IT organization through strong financial governance, operational rigor, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Lead LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, and variance analysis for the IT organization.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality monthly reporting in line with the corporate calendar.
• Drive forecast discipline and improve forecast accuracy versus actuals.
• Identify and deliver productivity and cost-saving opportunities through tighter cost control and external spend optimization.
• Act as the primary finance partner to IT leaders and global delivery cost center owners.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with IT leaders to improve transparency, decision-making, and alignment with priorities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, including business cases, funding models & ownership.
• Develop and improve productivity tracking mechanisms to measure savings and operational improvements.
• Drive adoption of automation and lean practices to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team through effective hiring, onboarding, delegation, and mentoring.
• Build team capability through structured development, knowledge sharing, and cross-training.
• Support employee engagement initiatives including mentorship, internal learning, and leadership visibility.

Requirements

• People Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with strong coaching and team development capabilities.
• Experience driving process improvement, productivity, and finance automation / AI initiatives and Finance Modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting IT finance / technology functions / shared services environment.
• Exposure to investment governance, business case evaluation, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with automation and lean/process excellence practices.
• Demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance.
