Requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong RTR (Record-to-Report) domain expertise, with a good understanding of AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes, including journal postings.
- Experience managing teams of 8–10 or more resources.
- Prior involvement in ERP migration projects would be highly advantageous.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with RPA and AI-driven initiatives would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and SLAs across all Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, and RTR.
- Good knowledge of SAP and its functionality across all towers, i.e., RTR, PTP and OTC.
