Responsibilities

• Perform transactional quality checks based on sampling strategy on various AP activities.
• Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy.
• Provide feedback to associates on performance quality.
• Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy.
• Identify process specific improvement opportunitiesKnowledge/Qualifications/ Competency / Work.

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with proficiency in MS Office, Good Communication / Presentation Skills.
• Candidates only from a BPO / KPO Background.
• Candidates preferred with advanced excel and automation background with sound knowledge.
• Candidates preferred with prior work experience in TQ Management & Mentoring projects/ BQ Management/ RCA/ Reporting/ Error Analysis/ Client & Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities.
• Ability to present/ address in team meetings etc.
