Responsibilities

• Communication Plan Stakeholder Mapping Overall Governance and Standardizing processes Preparing insightful reports and Dashboards that are fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate and communicated effectively.
• Drive contingency management, control project costs and schedule, monitor project risks, resources, and scope.
• Track financials against actual costs and build landing estimates for projects Understand elements of vendor costs including CAPEX and OPEX costs Preparation of project management deliverables such as: Project Charter Project Plan/Schedule Risk and Issue tracker.
• Document Management Maintain quality data.
• Produce project reports and ensure that status reporting is fit for purpose and communicated effectively.

Requirements

• Knowledge management and organize trainings.
• Must have prior working experience in Project Financials, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management, Accruals and Variance Analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Should not have administrative PMO experience like purely resource management, account management Project Management certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience on any project management tool is preferred example: ADO, Monday.com Jira, MPP, Clarity etc.
• Experience in Power-BI reporting, ServiceNow-ITBM tooling, Vendor Management, Information Management (SharePoint) is preferred.
