Responsibilities

• Additionally, responsible for Collections activities, including following up on outstanding premiums and invoices, reducing aged debt, resolving billing queries, maintaining strong broker/client relationships, and driving timely cash recovery.
• Responsible for accurately applying customer payments, reconciling cash receipts, resolving payment discrepancies, managing unapplied cash, and ensuring timely account reconciliation.
• Works closely with customers, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure accurate cash allocation, prompt resolution of issues, and effective management of accounts receivable within the insurance process.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Collections, Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or O2C processes in Insurance Process.
• Good understanding of payment posting, cash reconciliation, and unapplied cash management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systemsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
