Responsibilities

• We are seeking a high-performing Manager to lead and manage large-scale CSR initiatives.
• The role requires a seasoned project management professional who can take complete ownership of program planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, and impact delivery.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing CSR, education, skilling, or workforce development programs and possess a deep understanding of the ecosystem involving government agencies, academia, industry bodies, training partners, and implementation organizations.
• This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders and ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery, achievement of program outcomes, and long-term sustainability of initiatives.
• Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards.
• Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and.
• Providing critical information for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Master of Computer Applications
