Collaborate closely with finance and other operational teams to identify impactful process enhancements, deliver value, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks effectively.
Driving improvement and Automation projects across Service division.
Develop an environment of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process improvement, task automation, and procedural standardization within finance shared services to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Managing service HQ inventory accounting and reporting including world-wide service plants semi-annual standard change updates, inventory recons, IFR (Inventory Forecast Reporting) Purchase Price Variance/ Work Order variance analysis, accounting / reporting.

Working with GSS HQ (US Accounting team, Operations team, and Regional Admins) for meeting all compliance requirements.
Working with SAP IT finance team to fix any issue in SAP reporting modules, specifically MM and IB to ensure accurate reporting and accounting, while eliminating the need for any manual intervention.
B.Com, semi-qualified/qualified professional (CA/ICWAI) with minimum 10+ years of overall experience post qualification.
Experience in managing service inventory and revenue accounting.
Proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvement, and implementing financial systems, processes and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
