Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 7+ years of SAP FICO expertise and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including master and transactional data migration.
• This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, configuring SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, driving integration across SAP modules, supporting custom developments, and delivering financial reporting and analytics capabilities.
• The successful candidate will bring strong financial accounting knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to provide effective solutions across complex business scenarios.

• Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, reporting needs, and data requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including master and transactional data migration.
• Analyse and provide solutions for accounting entries arising from MM and SD transactions.
• Collaborate on custom development deliverables, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop and customise reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to provide financial performance insights.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP Finance processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders where required.
• Configure and support taxation processes, including direct taxation, indirect taxation, and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting, and other connected applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.
• Experience with master data and transactional data migration activities.
• Strong knowledge of taxation processes and WHT configuration.
• Understanding of direct and indirect taxation requirements.
• Knowledge of accounting integrations between MM, SD, and Finance modules.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Understanding of SAP tables and data relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in SAP REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, or Group Reporting will be advantageous.
• Exposure to complex finance and controlling business processes across enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering high-impact reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Exposure to integration initiatives across SAP and third-party applications.
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation practices.
• Advanced reporting, analytics, and financial insight generation.
