Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with over 7 years of SAP FICO experience and at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in financial accounting, controlling, taxation, data migration, cross-functional SAP integration, and custom development.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective finance solutions, optimise processes, support reporting needs, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

• Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, data requirements, and reporting needs. Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including master and transactional data migration activities.
• Analyse and provide solutions for accounting entries related to MM and SD transactions.
• Work with third-party systems to ensure seamless financial process integration.
• Develop and customise reports and analytics dashboards to provide insights into financial performance.
• Support troubleshooting, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
• Collaboration with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Configure and support taxation and withholding tax (WHT) requirements, with an understanding of direct and indirect taxation.
• Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting, and other connected applications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of master and transactional data migration processes.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.
• Proven expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Experience in Banking, Payments, and Intercompany Reconciliation processes.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and WHT configuration, including direct and indirect taxation.
• Understanding of MM and SD financial integration and related accounting entries.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP tables and their relationships.
• Experience in custom development across Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Exposure to SAP REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, or Group Reporting would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Exposure to complex global finance processes and enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience working across integrated SAP landscapes and business functions.
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and optimisation practices.
