Wells Fargo India | Senior Institutional Investment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• This is an opportunity for an experienced regulatory reporting professional to make a meaningful impact while contributing to operational excellence and effective risk management
• Performing the daily completeness and accuracy reconciliations process in a timely and accurate manner to meet Wells Fargo’s reporting obligations for MiFID II, SFTR and EMIR.
• Performing the daily pairing and matching reconciliations process in a timely and accurate manner to meet Wells Fargo’s reporting obligations.
• Perform investigations on breaks and perform root cause analysis on all exceptions.
• Provide analytical support to regulatory change projects.
• Work with Compliance and Legal team partners on rule interpretations for regulatory change.
• Delivery timely and accurate MI to Operations & Compliance management.
• Process flows and procedures)

Requirements

• 4+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Knowledge of transaction reporting operations in EMIR.
• Extensive understanding and working knowledge on Pairing and Matching process, Reconciliation and Exception Management.
• Working product knowledge in OTC Derivatives/Fixed Income and Equities spaces.
• Experience of working with project and technology stakeholders to deliver change.
• Solid communication and organisational skills – to work with local and remote Operations, Technology and Compliance stakeholders.
• Proficient with AI tools, Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred) and Alteryx are preferred.
