Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering Order to Cash operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Handle complex OTC exceptions and escalations.
• Analyze ageing, disputes and reconciliation issues.
• Support client communication and reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives
• Coach junior team members
