- IT Program Manager with AI experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.
- Accountable for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management.
- The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery while ensuring business value realization.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity.
- Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training.
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
- Mentor leaders to strengthen portfolio level agility and drive mindset shift.
- Drive adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices and enterprise agile tooling.
Key skills required
- Overall 12–15 years of experience in in technology delivery programs.
- SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) Certification mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a globally distributed environment, successfully guiding teams through agile adoption.
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and scaled agile approaches (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams and leadership.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Experience of Agile training material creation and delivery.
- SAFe Practice Consultant certified or equivalent.
- Strong relationship management skills are essential to effectively support business and technology stakeholders, deliver strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of service across new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Hands-on Agile Coaching experience
- Strong SAFe implementation experience
- Strong Program Management experience
