• IT Program Manager with AI experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.
• Accountable for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management.
• The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery while ensuring business value realization.

Requirements

• Understanding of integration and architecture concepts such as APIs, Middleware, Microservices, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Candidate should be capable of facilitating sprint ceremonies and driving agile delivery.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Basic technical understanding of integration concepts is required.
• Strong relationship management skills are essential to effectively support business and technology stakeholders, deliver strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of service across new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• 8–10 years of experience in project/program management in technology environments
