Wells Fargo India | Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• The role focuses on operational excellence, execution discipline, effective controls, and consistent delivery of services, helping strengthen the company’s overall risk and control environment.
• Perform moderately complex operational activities related to institutional investment transactions, applying knowledge of relevant systems, processes, and procedures.
• Review time-sensitive documents and information to support accurate and timely processing.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and execution.
• Support audit requirements and address compliance and corporate governance matters within the assigned process.
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement or transformation initiatives within the scope of responsibility.
• Interact with internal and external customers in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and work direction to less experienced team members.
• Process and reconcile transactions, research inquiries, and resolve operational issues within established procedures and timelines
• Timing will be 4:30pm to 1:30pm.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience in payment operations and working with Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and business partners.
