ICSI to Declare June 2026 CS Professional and Executive Results on August 25

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has announced that the results of the CS Professional Programme and Executive Programme examinations for the June 2026 session will be declared on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The announcement, issued by ICSI's Directorate of Examinations on August 21, also sets separate declaration times for the two programmes and gives students the timeline for the next examination cycle.

Result timings for Professional and Executive programmes

According to the official ICSI notice, the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) result will be declared at 11:00 AM on August 25, 2026. The Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) result will follow at 2:00 PM the same day.

Once declared, candidates will be able to access their result and the subject-wise break-up of marks through the Institute's official website. Students should use the official ICSI website for the result rather than relying on unofficial result links or third-party pages.

How marks statements will be issued

ICSI has specified a different marks-statement process for the two programmes. For Executive Programme candidates, the formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement will be uploaded on the Institute's website immediately after the result declaration. Candidates can download it for their reference, use and records, and ICSI has stated that no physical copy of the Executive Programme Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued.

For Professional Programme candidates, the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be dispatched to their registered address after the result declaration. The Institute has also provided a fallback process: if a Professional Programme candidate does not receive the physical statement within 30 days from the declaration of result, the candidate may contact ICSI at its examination email address with the required particulars.

December 2026 CS exam window and enrolment

The same announcement also gives students the next major examination timeline. ICSI has said that the next Professional Programme and Executive Programme examinations under Syllabus 2022 will be held from Monday, December 21, 2026 to Monday, December 28, 2026 in the afternoon session.

Online submission of enrolment applications for those December 2026 examinations, together with the prescribed examination fee, is scheduled to begin on August 26, 2026—one day after the June-session results are declared.
